The A-film is printed using UV DTF printers with CMYK plus white ink for opacity and vibrant colors, producing sharp details and photographic quality up to high resolutions. After printing, the B-film is applied and cured to form a strong, flexible adhesive layer that bonds permanently when heat-pressed at 140–160°C for 10–20 seconds. This system delivers glossy or matte finishes with raised, tactile effects, superior scratch resistance, weatherproof durability, and no need for pre-treatment on most materials including glass, ceramic, metal, acrylic, wood, PU leather, and some plastics.
