The Tx800 Printhead is an original Epson Micro-Piezo printhead (part number F192040), widely adopted as a cost-effective replacement or upgrade in economical digital printers for UV, DTF, eco-solvent, sublimation, and water-based inks. Featuring 1080 nozzles arranged in 6 rows (180 nozzles per row) with a nozzle resolution of 180 npi per row and 360 npi over 2 rows, it supports printing resolutions up to 1440 dpi or equivalent 5760 x 1440 dpi in optimized modes, producing sharp details, smooth gradients, and vibrant colors suitable for high-quality graphics. Variable droplet sizes from 4.5 pl to 40 pl (multi-mode) enable fine text, photographic images, and solid fills with good color density. Compatible with 6-color configurations (CMYK + LcLm or CMYKW for white ink in DTF/UV), it handles viscosities of 3-5 mPa·s and jetting frequencies up to 46 kHz in single mode. Compact dimensions of approximately 84.9 x 57.2 x 42.6 mm and lightweight 60 g design make it easy to integrate into desktop and small-format machines.
