The PU Printable Film 51cm × 50m is a high-quality, printable polyurethane (PU) heat transfer vinyl supplied in convenient 51 cm (20 inch) width rolls of 50 meters, optimized for large-format printing and efficient production of custom apparel designs. This flexible, multi-layered film features a printable white or clear PU layer that accepts eco-solvent, solvent, latex, and UV inks with outstanding adhesion, delivering sharp details, vivid colors, and smooth gradients on cut-and-weed or full-color applications. After printing, the film is cut with a vinyl plotter, weeded, and heat-pressed onto fabrics at 150–165°C for 10–20 seconds, resulting in strong bonding, excellent stretchability, crack resistance, and wash fastness (typically 50+ washes) with a soft, matte or semi-gloss hand feel on cotton, polyester, blends, and other textiles. The 51 cm width suits standard T-shirt and hoodie layouts while the long 50 m roll supports high-volume runs with minimal waste. It provides easy weeding, no carrier sheet issues in some variants, and compatibility with most heat transfer workflows for logos, numbers, patterns, and full-color graphics.
