The Flag Material is a premium knitted polyester fabric specifically engineered for flag printing, banner fabrication, and outdoor advertising applications. This lightweight yet strong material, typically 100–150 gsm, offers superior ink absorption for vibrant, high-resolution dye-sublimation or direct printing, resulting in bright colors, sharp details, and excellent image quality on both sides (especially with blockout versions). It features high tear resistance, UV protection, water repellency, and fade resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor exposure in wind, rain, and sunlight without significant degradation. The fabric is wrinkle-resistant, quick-drying, and provides a soft, flowing drape for flying flags, teardrop banners, feather flags, beach flags, and pole flags. Available in rolls of various widths (commonly 1.6 m, 3.2 m), it supports single-sided and double-sided printing options, with or without blackout lining to prevent see-through. Compatible with large-format dye-sublimation printers and transfer processes, it allows for easy sewing, hemming, and eyelet installation.
