The Broadbase Aluminum is a specialized aluminum composite material (ACM) panel engineered with an extra-wide or reinforced base structure for enhanced stability, flatness, and load-bearing capacity in demanding signage and display projects. It is widely used by signage manufacturers, exhibition and trade-show contractors, architectural fabricators, retail display producers, and outdoor advertising companies because of its superior rigidity, resistance to warping, and professional finish under heavy use or large formats. This panel consists of two aluminum skins bonded to a durable polyethylene core, with a broadened base design that provides increased torsional strength, better edge support, and reduced flexing even in oversized sheets up to 1220 × 3050 mm or larger. Available in thicknesses from 3 mm to 6 mm, it offers a smooth, printable surface compatible with UV, solvent, and latex inks for vibrant graphics, while maintaining excellent weather resistance, UV stability, and corrosion protection for indoor and outdoor applications. The material supports easy CNC routing, bending, folding, and direct mounting with minimal distortion.
